Is employee data encrypted?
Yes. Sensitive personal data and HR records are encrypted in the database on your own server.
Can employees see their own files?
Only the ones you share. For each file or note you decide whether the employee can see it in their personal area.
Is HR connected to payroll?
Yes. They share the same system: payslips from each pay run land in the employee's personal area, and approved hours can be used in payroll. About payroll.
