PolyOmi is built to meet the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven) and the Danish Business Authority's requirements for digital bookkeeping systems. Danish rules are not an add-on, they are the starting point.

PolyOmi runs on ordinary hosting that you control. Security is on from the first login, there is nothing to switch on later.

What is PolyOmi?
PolyOmi is one system for running a company: projects, tasks and tickets, CRM, marketing, bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, inventory, HR and IT. You install it on your own hosting, and every module works on the same data.
What does it cost?
The self-hosted version is free for our beta testers, and pricing will be announced before launch. The beta is full right now, but you can join the waiting list for the self-hosted version or the cloud version. See pricing.
What do I need to run it?
Ordinary cPanel-style web hosting with PHP and MariaDB or MySQL. A guided web installer checks the server, creates the database tables and sets up your manager account in minutes.
Does it follow Danish bookkeeping rules?
Yes. The finance module is built to meet the Danish Bookkeeping Act and the Danish Business Authority's requirements for digital bookkeeping systems: tamper-proof ledger, vouchers kept for five years, automatic VAT and SAF-T export. Read more about PolyOmi and the Danish rules.
Is it only for Danish companies?
Denmark is the first law profile, and the whole app is available in English and Danish. More EU countries, more languages and multi-company support are on the roadmap.
What is not there yet?
AI assistant and agents, social media publishing, direct bank connection, the Peppol network and the cloud version are coming. See the roadmap.
