Fits what you have
The employee side is already built
Recruitment is the step before HR, which already works: employee profiles with job title, department and reporting line, files and notes, leave and an absence calendar, all with sensitive data encrypted.
Once hired, a new colleague gets their own personal area with payslips, holiday planning and security settings, and payroll handles the Danish pay rules. Employment contracts can already be created from templates and signed with e-signature in documents. Recruitment will connect the job post to all of that.

How will applicant data be protected?
The same way as other personal data in PolyOmi: encrypted in the database, visible only to people with the right permissions. We also plan deletion rules for applicants you do not hire.
