Denmark first, then Europe and beyond
PolyOmi is built for Danish companies first. We plan to add more countries' bookkeeping rules, more languages, several companies in one installation with consolidation, and full multi-currency. These are not available yet, and they are on the roadmap.
Planned
What we are planning
-
More law profiles Planned
Bookkeeping rules for more EU countries: chart of accounts, VAT codes, retention periods and reporting formats.
-
More languages Planned
More languages included out of the box, on top of English and Danish.
-
Several companies Planned
Run more than one company in the same installation, with separate books and shared users.
-
Consolidation Planned
Combined reports across companies in a group, with eliminations between them.
-
Multi-currency Planned
Bank accounts, supplier bills and reports in several currencies, with exchange rate differences handled.
Fits what you have
Designed to grow beyond Denmark
The foundation for more countries is already in place. In finance you choose a law profile in settings, and it sets the chart of accounts, VAT codes, retention period, SAF-T version and backup rules. Denmark is the only profile today.
The platform is fully translatable: English and Danish are included, you can edit any text, add new languages and import or export translations. In invoicing, customers can already be billed in a foreign currency with VAT treatment for Denmark, the EU or outside the EU, and the invoice is booked in DKK.
- Available today: law profile setting (Denmark)
- Available today: English and Danish, plus your own languages
- Available today: foreign-currency invoices booked in DKK
- Coming: more countries, companies, consolidation and multi-currency
Questions about going international
Which country comes after Denmark?
We have not decided yet. Interest from beta users will weigh heavily, so tell us where you operate when you join the waiting list.
Can I use PolyOmi in another language today?
Yes. English and Danish are included, and you can add a new language yourself and translate the texts, or import a translation file.
Can I run two companies today?
Today each installation holds one company's books. You can install PolyOmi twice. Several companies in one installation is planned.
