E-mail that lands where the work is
Incoming e-mails become tickets in the same queue as the client portal, phone and social media. Answer with reply templates in each language, and forward receipts and bills straight to the voucher inbox.

E-mail to tickets
Every e-mail in the ticket queue
PolyOmi fetches mail from your mailbox over POP3, and each e-mail becomes a ticket in the workspace. It sits in the same queue as requests from the client portal, phone, contact forms and social media, with the message thread, internal notes, status and priority you already use.
From there you answer it, discuss it internally or turn it into a task with one click.

Reply templates
Consistent answers in every language
Common questions deserve the same good answer every time. Write reply templates once in each language you use, and pick the right one when you answer a ticket.
Replies go out through your own SMTP server or the server's own sendmail (PHP mail), so you decide how mail leaves PolyOmi.

Vouchers by e-mail
Forward the receipt, find it in the inbox
Receipts and bills often arrive by e-mail. Forward them to your voucher address, and they land in the voucher inbox, ready to be registered and booked with the right VAT.
No downloading and uploading, and no receipts lost in someone's mail folder. Once booked, each voucher is attached to its posting and kept for five years, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
- Forward receipts and bills to an address
- They land in the voucher inbox
- Register, book and pay as usual

Questions about e-mail
Does PolyOmi replace my e-mail program?
No. PolyOmi turns the e-mails that arrive in the mailbox you connect into tickets, so client requests are handled in one place. Your personal mailbox stays where it is.
Which mail protocols are supported?
Incoming mail is fetched over POP3. Outgoing mail is sent through SMTP or the server's own sendmail (PHP mail).
How do vouchers by e-mail work?
Forward receipts and bills to your voucher address. They land in the voucher inbox, where you register and book them like any other voucher.
Can I still log phone and social media requests?
Yes. E-mail joins the same ticket queue as the client portal, phone, contact forms and social media. See the workspace.
