One product list for sales and stock

Each product has SKU, EAN, sales price, cost price, unit and VAT code. Import and export the list as CSV, and use the same products on quotes and invoices.

PolyOmi keeps a weighted average cost for every product and posts stock movements to the ledger automatically. Count your stock, post the differences, and write down damaged or obsolete goods.

How is stock valued?

At weighted average cost, which PolyOmi keeps for every product. Stock movements are posted to the ledger automatically.

Can I import my existing products?

Yes. Products can be imported and exported as CSV.

Can PolyOmi connect to my webshop?

Not yet. Webshop integrations that turn orders into invoices and stock movements are planned.

Do I need inventory if I only sell services?

No. Invoices work with free-text lines or products, whether or not you track stock.
