No more expired domains
Keep every domain you and your clients depend on in one list. PolyOmi fetches the expiry dates, checks the SSL certificates and warns you in good time.
How it works
Add a domain. PolyOmi does the rest.
Add the domain
Link it to a brand and note the registrar, DNS provider and hosting provider.
Dates are fetched
Registration and expiry dates come in automatically via RDAP, with WHOIS as fallback, including .dk domains.
Certificates are checked
The SSL certificate is checked for expiry and hostname errors.
You get warned
Domains and certificates close to expiry show on the dashboard, send notifications and can create tasks.
Domain details
Everything about a domain on one page
Registration, SSL certificate and the key facts side by side: registrar, DNS provider, hosting, brand and whether website analytics is enabled. Add notes for the next person, and re-check the domain with one click whenever you have changed something.
If a registry returns no dates, you can enter them by hand or add a lookup server.
- Days left until the domain and the certificate expire
- Certificate issuer and last check
- Notes shared with the team
Warnings that turn into work
From warning to task automatically
Auto work can turn an expiring domain or certificate into a task for the right group, with a due date and priority. The renewal lands on someone's list well before the site goes down.

What if the registry returns no dates?
Enter the dates by hand or add a lookup server. PolyOmi will still check the SSL certificate.
Never be surprised by an expiry date again
