Connect PolyOmi to everything else
We plan a REST API, webhooks and ready-made connectors, so PolyOmi can exchange data with the other tools you use. It is not available yet, and it is on the roadmap.
Planned
What we are planning
-
REST API Planned
Read and write clients, projects, tasks, tickets, invoices and more with a documented API.
-
Webhooks Planned
Get notified in your own systems when something happens: a new ticket, a paid invoice, an approved timesheet.
-
Integration marketplace Planned
A place to find and switch on ready-made integrations with the services you already use.
-
Automation connectors Planned
Connectors for automation tools such as Zapier and Make, for workflows without code.
-
Scoped API keys Planned
Keys tied to a user or role, limited to exactly the data they need, and easy to revoke.
-
Logged like everything else Planned
API calls that change data will appear in the audit log, like any action in the app.
Fits what you have
Same rules, new doors
An API is only as safe as the permissions behind it. PolyOmi already has a permission matrix, groups and a full audit log, and the API will follow the same rules: nobody gets access through the API that they do not have in the app.
Until the API arrives, you can already get data out of PolyOmi: financial reports export to PDF and CSV, products and the audit log to CSV, finance exports the books as SAF-T Financial DK 2.1, and invoices can be sent as OIOUBL and Peppol XML.
- Available today: CSV and PDF exports, SAF-T export, e-invoice XML
- Available today: roles, permissions and audit log
- Coming: REST API, webhooks and connectors
Questions about the API
Is there an API today?
No, not yet. It is planned. Today you can export data as CSV, PDF, SAF-T and e-invoice XML.
Will the API work on self-hosted installations?
That is the plan. The API will be part of PolyOmi itself, so it will run on your own server as well as in the coming cloud version.
Can I influence which integrations come first?
Yes. Join the waiting list and tell us which services you need to connect. That feedback helps decide the order.
Tell us what you want to connect
Join the waiting list, tell us which tools PolyOmi should talk to, and get notified when the API is ready.
