Requirements

What you need to run it

PolyOmi is built for ordinary web hosting, so you do not need your own server hall or a DevOps team. A guided web installer checks the server, creates the database tables and sets up your manager account.

You will need:

  • cPanel-style web hosting (or similar) with PHP 8.1 or newer
  • A MariaDB or MySQL database
  • HTTPS on the domain or subdomain you use
  • Scheduled jobs (cron), or the built-in web-cron as a fallback

For safe backups we recommend an off-site copy to S3-compatible storage or FTP/SFTP, which PolyOmi can set up for you.

  1. Join the waiting list

    Tell us about your company and what you want to use PolyOmi for. We go through the list when spots open.

  2. Get a spot

    When a spot opens, we e-mail you access to PolyOmi and how to get started.

  3. Install and use it

    Install on your own hosting and start with the modules you need most.

  4. Tell us what you think

    Report bugs, ask questions and tell us what is missing. That is the only price of the beta.

Questions about the beta

Is PolyOmi ready to use for real work?

The modules marked as available are built and working. It is still a beta, so expect rough edges and changes, keep backups, and check important figures such as VAT returns and payroll reports before you submit them.

What happens when the beta ends?

Pricing will be announced before launch, so you can decide in good time. Your data stays in your own installation either way, and you can export your books as SAF-T.

I do not want to run a server. What can I do?

Choose PolyOmi Cloud in the waiting list form. PolyOmi Cloud is coming and will be hosted by us in the EU.

Can you help me install it?

The web installer guides you through it, and you can contact us if you get stuck.
