Why
Too many tools, too little overview
A typical small company runs its tasks in one tool, tickets in another, clients in a third, and bookkeeping, payroll and time tracking in three more. Each has its own login, its own customer list and its own subscription. The numbers never quite match, and a lot of time goes into copying data between them.
PolyOmi is our answer: one system where a client, a project, an hour worked, an invoice and the posting in the books are connected from the start. Enter something once, and it is in the right place everywhere.

Where we start
Denmark first, then the EU and beyond
We start where the rules are most concrete for us: Denmark. The finance module is built to meet the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven) and the Danish Business Authority's requirements for digital bookkeeping systems, with Danish VAT, payroll and SAF-T export.
The system is designed with a law profile per country, so other EU countries can follow. English and Danish are built in, and more languages can be added. See what we plan internationally.

Your data is yours
Today PolyOmi runs on your own server. You own the database, the files and the backups, and you can export your books as SAF-T at any time.

Privacy by default
Personal data is encrypted in the database. This website sets no tracking cookies, and the analytics in PolyOmi work without cookies too.

Honest about what is ready
Every feature is marked as available or coming soon. We do not sell what is not built yet.

Self-hosted now, cloud coming
Run PolyOmi on ordinary hosting today. A hosted version in the EU is on the way for those who would rather not run a server.

A beta, and we say so
PolyOmi is in closed beta. The modules listed as available are built and working, but you may meet rough edges, and things will change based on feedback. The beta is closed, and all spots are taken. Our beta testers use the self-hosted version for free, and pricing will be announced before launch.
We ask our testers for one thing in return: tell us what works, what does not, and what is missing. That is how PolyOmi gets better.
