Welcome to PolyOmi: the beta has started

Today we start the PolyOmi beta.

PolyOmi is one system for running a company: tasks and tickets, projects and brands, clients and sales, bookkeeping, invoicing, bank, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, time tracking, HR and documents. It is built for Danish companies first, and it runs on your own hosting.

Why we built it

Most small and mid-sized companies juggle a long list of tools, each with its own login, customer list and subscription. Information gets copied from one to the next, and the numbers rarely line up. We wanted one place where a client, a project, an hour worked, an invoice and the posting in the books are connected from the start.

What is in the beta

The beta includes 20 modules that are built and working today, in English and Danish. A few highlights:

• Bookkeeping built for the Danish Bookkeeping Act, with a tamper-proof ledger, automatic VAT, year-end closing and SAF-T Financial DK 2.1 export. Read more about bookkeeping
• Invoicing, purchases and bank, with quotes, subscriptions, reminders, OIOUBL and Peppol e-invoices, a voucher inbox and bank reconciliation. Read more about invoicing
• Danish payroll with A-tax, AM-contribution, ATP, holiday pay and payslips. Read more about payroll
• Tasks, tickets, a client portal and Auto work for the daily delivery, with e-mails that become tickets. Read more about the workspace

What a beta means here

We want to be clear about it. The modules marked as available are built and working. It is still a beta, so you may meet rough edges, and things will change based on what you tell us. Keep backups, and check important figures such as VAT returns before you submit them.

The self-hosted version is free for our beta testers. Pricing will be announced before launch.

What comes next

We are working on an AI assistant and AI agents, and PolyOmi Cloud, a hosted version in the EU for those who would rather not run a server. Next in line are a direct bank connection, the Peppol network, direct eIndkomst reporting and social media publishing. The whole plan is on the roadmap.

How to join

The beta is closed for now, and all spots are taken. Join the waiting list on the beta page and choose the self-hosted version, PolyOmi Cloud or both. We will e-mail you when there is room. To run it yourself, you need cPanel-style hosting with PHP 8.1 or newer, a MariaDB or MySQL database and HTTPS.
